Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement security best practices and maintain compliance
• Participate in on-call rotations for system alerts and incidents
• Document procedures and configurations for future reference
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies
• Manage the staging environment to reduce production errors
• Automate operational activities for platform maintenance

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Linux system administration expertise
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Nagios)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Confluence and Jira (preferred)
