🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

✔ Design, develop, and maintain features for our FinTech application using Java and Spring Boot
✔ Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code with a focus on performance and maintainability
✔ Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality

Collaboration & Teamwork:

✔ Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
✔ Work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical designs
✔ Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement

Testing & Quality Assurance:

✔ Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and stability
✔ Debug and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and efficient application performance
✔ Ensure the software adheres to quality standards and meets regulatory requirements

Continuous Improvement:

✔ Suggest and implement process improvements, tools, and technologies
✔ Contribute to building a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment

Compliance & Security:

✔ Follow best practices for security and regulatory compliance

🔑 Requirements:

✔ 2-4 years of experience in Java development with Spring Boot
✔ Strong expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API development
✔ Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
✔ Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes)
✔ Proficiency in Git and experience working with CI/CD pipelines
✔ Experience in Agile development methodologies
