Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and create IMDS data
• Work with customers/suppliers across different countries and time zones
• Coordinate with commodity management, procurement, and design engineering teams
• Adhere strictly to established processes
• Support automotive regulatory requirements and IATF audits
• Participate in weekly/monthly customer and site calls
• Provide reports and guidance on IMDS requests
• Interact with global manufacturers for environmental declarations

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Strong communication skills (written & oral) in English
• Knowledge of IMDS Basic tool
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

• Knowledge of IMDS A2
• Familiarity with MS Excel macros
