Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical projects and implementations related to network infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues and outages.
• Schedule network upgrades and work with network architects on optimization.
• Ensure network security by implementing policies and maintaining firewall environments.
• Support networking solutions (Cisco, Meraki, wireless, security, routing, and switching).
• Process and progress Networking Team Incident/Problem cases as per SLAs.

Skills & Experience - Essential:

• Cisco CCNA certification (CCNP preferred but not mandatory) or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies (Wireless, ASA, switches, routers, ACS).
• Proficiency in BGP/MPLS, DMVPN, and IPSEC.
• Experience in securing network systems and firewall management.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds and NetFlow.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills & Experience - Desirable:

• Knowledge of SD-WAN, Cisco IPSEC VPN, FlexVPN, Zscaler, BIG-IP F5, DNS, FortiGate firewalls, Cisco ISE, and RSA Security Console.
• Experience in a 24/7 Infrastructure Operations environment.

Additional Information:

• Work from Office (24/7 shift rotations, including nights & weekends).
• Cab transport provided for all shifts.
