🔑 Role Overview:

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you'll ensure the security and integrity of ICE’s IT systems. You’ll design, implement, and manage systems controlling user identities, credentials, roles, and permissions across various IT platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM policies and systems
• Manage user access controls, passwords, and system permissions
• Monitor and audit user activities to ensure IT security compliance
• Troubleshoot complex system issues across multiple IT platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure IT solutions
• Lead projects independently and occasionally coach junior staff
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and release management processes
• Develop technical documentation, status reports, and system evaluations
• Support server hardware/software upgrades and maintenance

✅ Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Experience:
  • 4+ years in IT and Identity Access Management (IAM)
  • 2+ years in IT Engineering roles (system analysis, development, infrastructure)
• Strong knowledge of networking, databases, and IT system administration
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, and Network Operating Systems
• Expertise in TCP/IP, network monitoring tools, and database management (SQL)
• Proficient in scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Project management and enterprise risk assessment experience
• Professional Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, or related
