Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ Retrieve and analyze system logs.
✔ Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for system issues.
✔ Support customer calls and issue resolution.
✔ Contribute to Grafana dashboards for data visualization.

Requirements:

✅ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
✅ Experience in RoboCon, Baja, or similar competitions.
✅ Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
✅ Effective communication abilities.

Good to Have:

✔ Basic programming skills (Python, SQL).
✔ Experience with Grafana or other dashboarding tools.
✔ Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Eligibility:

🎓 Degree: Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
🎯 Work Experience: 0-6 months.
