🔍 Role Overview:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll join the Infrastructure team to manage and scale cloud environments. This role blends software development and operations to automate and enhance system reliability.

🕰 Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (or) 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM Central Time

⚡ Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of the on-call PagerDuty rotation to handle production incidents.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure.
• Assist developers in debugging and triaging production issues.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, Ansible.
• Strong understanding of the Linux platform.
• Programming knowledge in Golang, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and ORM technologies.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering tools.
