🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide enterprise-level customer support via email, helpdesk, and live chat
• Monitor servers and manage incident response
• Deploy, automate, support, and troubleshoot various services
• Migrate applications to our platform seamlessly
• Build, operate, and support AWS Cloud environments
• Write, update, and enhance technical documentation and playbooks
• Generate periodic reports on maintenance and upgrades

✅ Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Hosting Support Specialist or similar role
  • Working with Linux-based servers & Virtualization
  • Hands-on with cPanel/WHM Control Panel
  • Familiarity with WordPress/Magento stack (PHP, MySQL)
• Skills:
  • Strong technical awareness with quick adaptability to new technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex server-related issues

• Scripting: Bash, Python, Ansible
