Job Role: IT Support Engineer
Qualification:
B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, BSc in Computer Science or a related field
Experience:
6 months to 2 Years (Freshers with exceptional English skills may be considered)
Job Description:
- Provide desktop/laptop/software support for users.
- Resolve software/hardware issues logged in ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Escalate issues to the next level when required.
- Provide customer support via in-person, remote, call, or chat.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, O365, and Active Directory concepts.
- Ability to install/uninstall software applications on laptop/desktop devices.
- Familiarity with L1 support protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
