Role: Application Support Engineer (Freshers)
Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai
Eligibility: 2024/2025 Graduates (CS/IT background only)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation Year: 2024 / 2025
• Qualification:
  • B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT)
  • B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science)
  • MCA or equivalent in Computer Science-related fields
• Location Restriction: Only Chennai-based candidates are eligible (applications from outside Chennai will not be considered).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL (mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
• Clear understanding of Application Support Engineer responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application support for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot SQL queries, reports, and data issues.
• Assist in analyzing incidents and resolving end-user queries.
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Document processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
