🎯 Position Purpose:

• Manage the company's Accounts Payable approval workflow.
• Ensure invoices are properly coded, routed to approvers, and timely paid.

💼 Responsibilities:

✅ Direct Responsibilities:

1. Process expense claims and invoices as per company policies.
2. Maintain high accuracy and meet Turn Around Time (TAT) standards.
3. Identify process risks and suggest solutions to mitigate them.
4. Handle client queries efficiently with effective problem-solving.
5. Contribute to process improvements with creative ideas.
6. Knowledge of India accounting standards and SAP is an advantage.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
• Understanding of SAP is a plus.
