Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you will provide technical support, automate processes, and manage cloud infrastructure while ensuring the best service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation with Ansible:
  • Automate business processes using Ansible playbooks.
  • Deploy, maintain, and manage Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
  • Perform backup and restore operations in cloud environments.
• Linux Administration: Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
• AWS Infrastructure Management: Work with EC2, IAM, Lambda, Fargate, and SSL.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and container registries.
• Security & Authentication: Handle SSH key management, SSL certificates, and authentication.
• Scripting & Development: Write Python and Bash scripts for automation.
• CI/CD & GitHub: Manage GitHub Runners, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Workflows.
• Networking & Inventory Management: Use NetBox for infrastructure tracking.
• Technical Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Automation.
• Strong understanding of Linux system administration.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Fargate, IAM, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Basic programming skills in Python and scripting in Bash.
• Understanding of networking, SSH authentication, and SSL certificates.
• Certifications in RedHat Ansible, Linux, AWS, or Kubernetes are a plus.

Must-Have Skills

• CCNA/CCNP Certification.
• Experience in DevOps principles and TCP/IP Networking.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Advanced Linux networking.
• Knowledge of Terraform.
• Experience with Cisco Networking & Datacenter.
