About the Role
Amazon Fulfillment Technologies is looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage and improve mission-critical services for Amazon’s global fulfillment network. This role focuses on automation, service improvements, and system reliability, working with cross-functional teams to scale operations and ensure excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance highly available mission-critical services.
- Innovate and automate operational processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical systems.
- Collaborate with business, project management, and software teams.
- Drive custom tool development and small-scale projects.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web applications.
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON.
- Understanding of hardware & software RAID troubleshooting.
