The Opportunity
EY is hiring a DevOps & CI/CD Engineer (Staff 2/3) to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and incident management. This role offers an exceptional learning environment with global exposure and the opportunity to grow your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Categorize and resolve issues following SOPs and runbooks.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Support AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Documentation: Maintain resolution steps in ITSM tools and contribute to knowledge base updates.
• Automation: Execute and enhance deployment workflows using automation scripts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior DevOps engineers for mentorship and technical guidance.

Skills & Attributes for Success

• Basic understanding of CI/CD tools: ArgoCD, Terraform, GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC.
• Knowledge of containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm.
• Basic scripting experience: Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Must-Have Technologies & Tools

• Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC)
• CI/CD Tools: ArgoCD, GitHub Enterprise, Nexus IQ, SonarQube (at least 2)
• Containerization: Docker, AWS EKS
• Scripting: Bash, automation scripts
• Incident Management: ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Certification: Any relevant AWS certification

Good to Have

• Terraform for infrastructure as code
• AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and logging
• Helm for Kubernetes package management
• Python scripting
