DevOps Engineer – AWS | Syndr | Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support production trading applications and infrastructure.
• Respond quickly to technical issues affecting users.
• Establish yourself as an SRE subject matter expert for cross-functional teams.
• Own key parts of the software development life cycle (SDLC) like building pipelines, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize and secure platform infrastructure with zero downtime targets.
• Maintain cloud-native deployment environments (dev, staging, production).
• Collaborate with pen-testing and security audit teams.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a DevOps/SRE role.
• Expert knowledge of Linux and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS (ECR, ECS), Kubernetes, and load balancers.
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Salt.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Python.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-to-data center migration.
• Knowledge of trading systems and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Golang and NodeJS.

Interview Process:

1. Online Coding Challenge (60–70 min)
2. Domain-Specific Take-Home Task (24–48 hours)
