Key Responsibilities

• Implement client-requested integrations and deploy updates/fixes
• Build tools to reduce errors and enhance client experience
• Manage and maintain Linux, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Tomcat, and shell scripting
• Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Provision virtual systems programmatically
• Develop software integrating with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors and troubleshoot issues
• Design and implement system maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
• Manage configuration and deployment effectively
