Job Description:

Wesco International is looking for a Developer to work on designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications. The role involves collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and product owners to develop and enhance business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and maintain software applications across platforms.
✔ Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code.
✔ Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on best practices.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
✔ Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
✔ Monitor and analyze system performance trends.
✔ Ensure software adheres to SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
✔ Document system designs, workflows, and technical specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT, eCommerce, or related fields.
✅ 3+ years of development experience (5+ preferred).
✅ Proficiency in coding (specific languages & platforms required).
✅ Experience with modern development frameworks & tools.
✅ Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).
✅ Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
✅ Strong problem-solving & debugging skills.
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
