🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and drive business growth.
• Dashboard Development: Build interactive dashboards for actionable insights.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs for sales, marketing, revenue, and customer success.
• Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, SalesOps, MarketingOps, and Finance teams.
• Process Optimization: Recommend workflow improvements and data integration strategies.
• Predictive Insights: Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models (if applicable).

✅ Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields. (Master’s is a plus.)
• Experience: 2–4 years in data analysis, preferably in SaaS or business applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong in SQL for querying large databases
  • Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo
  • Familiarity with CRM systems: Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Advanced Excel skills; Python/R knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of ETL pipelines and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to convey data insights clearly
