About the Role

Relevance Lab Inc is looking for passionate CloudOps Engineers to join their team and work on cutting-edge AWS cloud technologies. This role involves infrastructure automation, cloud migration, and 24×7 operations support for AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24×7 support, working in rotational shifts.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudFormation.
• Work on AWS migration, containerization, and transformation projects.
• Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Ensure customer SLAs are met, handling communication during incidents.
• Configure and maintain backup, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Participate in client work sessions to implement cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudFormation).
• Terraform expertise for infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud infrastructure management.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
