Eligibility Criteria:

We are looking for fresh graduates with strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Shift Timings:

• Initial: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
• Later: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Rotational Weekoffs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Service Desk, Server & Network monitoring, troubleshooting issues.
• Queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
• Basic application support.
• IT Support (Non-voice process).
• Flexible for 24/7 support & rotational shifts.

Technical Skills Required:

• Understanding of IT concepts: MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server, Networking, DHCP, DNS, Cloud Computing.
• Prior experience in infrastructure monitoring (preferred).

Preferred Certifications:

• Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104)
• Microsoft 365 (MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365)
• Cloud, Windows Server Administration

Education Requirements:

Mandatory: 75% and above in 10th, 12th, and Degree

• BE/B.Tech (CS, IT)
• BCA/MCA
• B.Sc./M.Sc. (IT)
• Electronics & Telecom Engineering
