Job Description:

Join Hilton’s world-class hospitality team as an Information Technology Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise systems, networks, and hotel technology operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support for hotel systems, networks, and telephony
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
• Log all technical incidents and escalate major issues to IT Manager
• Assist in maintaining internal Microsoft-based systems and hotel applications
• Support guests and internal departments (e.g., Business Center) with IT-related queries
• Suggest system improvements and contribute to enhancing IT workflows
