Hilti is seeking passionate and experienced Senior DevOps Engineers to join their global Construction Software and IoT division. You’ll play a key role in building, deploying, and operating robust cloud-native systems integrated with cutting-edge IoT solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deploy secure, cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment of software and tools
• Ensure high system reliability, security, availability, and performance
• Automate day-2 operations and improve incident response mechanisms
• Work with product development teams to resolve technical issues and ensure operational excellence
• Manage observability: monitoring, vulnerability scanning, patching, and backups
• Document system architecture, tooling usage, and operational processes
• Collaborate with global internal and external engineering teams

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in DevOps, systems management, or embedded applications
• Proven skills in Kubernetes, Crossplane, GitLab CI, JIRA, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong expertise in GoLang programming and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Solid grasp of cloud-native system design, deployment, and observability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable in agile, interdisciplinary, and international environments
• Proficient in English (German is a plus)
