Role Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Enhance the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our platform.
• Own and improve CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and leadership to deliver secure and performant software at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of infrastructure
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Ensure system reliability and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with engineers to improve infrastructure and developer experience
• Improve system observability and support in production issue troubleshooting

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AWS (especially EKS, RDS, VPC)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux infrastructure
• Strong Terraform experience for Infrastructure as Code
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions
• Monitoring/Observability using Datadog or similar
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud security best practices
• Experience with incident response, on-call support
• Understanding of networking and PostgreSQL optimization
• Familiarity with SOC2, Cloudflare, or Vercel
• Ability to write code in one or more programming languages
