Job Description

Join HighRadius as a Cloud Security Engineer (DevSec OPS) and play a critical role in designing and managing secure, scalable cloud infrastructures. This position will focus on cloud infrastructure management, service reliability, and security for high-availability applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the operational resilience of production environments and the implementation of automation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) focused on security, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead reliability best practices, including setting up monitoring and alerting systems for proactive incident detection.
• Drive automation efforts to standardize infrastructure resources and reduce manual tasks using tools like Jenkins, Rundeck, and Terraform.
• Participate in incident response and resolve major incidents with systematic problem-solving approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate cloud solutions, conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), and promote reliability practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of Linux internals (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and OpenTelemetry.
• A strong grasp of Service Reliability concepts such as SLI, SLO, SLA, and error budgeting.
• Knowledge of cloud security practices including encryption, access controls, and identity management.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Rundeck, ArgoCD.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and disaster recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and database management (MySQL, Hadoop).
