This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to work on cutting-edge software quality assurance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a QA Engineer, you will focus on testing methodologies, including performance, scalability, and security testing to ensure the highest software quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements.
• Execute test cases, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to drive quality improvements.
• Conduct performance, scalability, and security testing to ensure software stability.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and quality assurance tools.

Required Skills:

• Basic coding skills in Java, C++, or Python are preferred.
• Understanding of manual and automated testing techniques.
• Ability to design and execute testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Bug detection, software code analysis, and report preparation.
• Familiarity with industry standards for software testing.

Qualification Criteria:

• BE/BTech in Computer Science, BCA/MCA, M.E/M.Tech.
• Graduated in 2022, 2023, or 2024 (Not 2025).
• Male candidates preferred.
• Candidates should be from Noida/Delhi only.
• Trained freshers in manual testing are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information:

• First 6 months: On-the-job training with a stipend.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA): Must be willing to sign a 2-year bond.
