Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 global support for Bentley ProjectWise systems
• Triage incoming support incidents and maintain incident records
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases appropriately
• Support global stakeholders with consistent communication
• Interact with vendors and internal teams as needed
• Apply documented procedures for system creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Install, configure, and maintain digital collaboration software
• Automate routine tasks using scripting tools

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
• 2+ years experience in a support/admin role
• Familiarity with ProjectWise or other enterprise content management tools
• Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking ability
• Ability to work with a distributed international team
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and CAD environments
• Knowledge of scripting tools and task automation is a plus
