Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer at Harris GBS, you will be responsible for the design, creation, automation, and deployment of AWS infrastructure following best practices in security, monitoring, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AWS solutions and platform components using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Automate deployment processes and manage systems for improved efficiency.
• Build and maintain CI/CD platforms and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Set up monitoring and alert systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Document all Cloud DevSecOps work on Confluence.
• Work independently as a self-driven contributor while following Agile Scrum methodology.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in AWS architecture, IaC tools, and automation practices.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on knowledge of monitoring solutions and alerting tools.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, cloud security, and cost optimization.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum practices.
• Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
