Role Overview:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving product-related technical issues. This includes L2 support, scripting, database manipulation, documentation, bug reporting, and feature testing. You’ll work with internal teams and customers via email, Slack, and video calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support to clients and internal users.
• Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues.
• Use scripts and DB queries to resolve problems.
• Collaborate through tools like Slack, Zoom, Jira, Zendesk.
• Document and report bugs, test features, and ensure functionality.
• Communicate clearly via email and conferencing tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
• Excellent communication in English (spoken & written).
• Strong troubleshooting and QA skills.
• Scripting/programming experience (Python preferred).
• Expertise in SQL (MySQL, NoSQL).
• Linux/Unix experience.
• Familiarity with AWS services.
• Experience with GitHub and version control tools.
• Knowledge of Jira, Zendesk (ticketing systems).
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Make.com is a plus.
