🎓 Qualification
- CCNA or PCNSA certification (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking and protocols (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Palo Alto firewalls
- SD-WAN technologies (Velo Cloud)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for Incident and Change management
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
💼 Experience
- Relevant hands-on experience in network infrastructure management and support
- Troubleshooting VPN, load balancer, and network protocol issues
- Capacity planning and consulting on network security solutions
- Supporting and maintaining network infrastructures for internal and client environments
- Engaging in presales activities and contributing to client network solutions
- Being part of an on-call roster for timely network support
