Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and escalate support tickets effectively
• Set up new equipment and services for employees
• Onboard new hires globally
• Troubleshoot technical and computer-related issues
• Maintain office technology and manage lifecycle changes
• Use IT tools to support global workforce operations
