Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

• Build and support microservices in Java/Kotlin for scalable financial products
• Work with REST APIs to support internal and partner-facing services

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps:

• Deploy services on AWS using Kubernetes, Helm, and Rancher
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to ensure scalability and security

Quality & Monitoring:

• Continuously improve code quality, reliability, and observability
• Implement metrics and monitoring using industry best practices

Team Collaboration:

• Participate in software delivery, deployment, and operational support
• Help improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in JVM-based languages (Kotlin, Java, Scala)
• Experience with large-scale systems using AWS and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of microservices and cloud-native architectures
• Familiar with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and RESTful API development
• Committed to writing testable, quality code
• Collaborative, positive, and proactive team player
