Job Responsibilities

✅ Graduate Engineer Trainee Program Completion

• Successfully complete the GET program and meet the requirements of an RA Engineer.

✅ System Design & Development

• Define and implement complex system requirements.
• Conduct analysis and improvements for existing systems.
• Determine system specifications for hardware/software compatibility.

✅ Subsystem Coordination & Integration

• Coordinate the design of subsystems and integrate total systems.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
• Develop and recommend corrective actions for technical improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

🔹 Full-time Bachelor's degree in Core Engineering branches.
🔹 Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Quick adaptability to new technologies and changing business needs.
🔹 Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.

Work Mode

🌟 Hybrid Work Policy – Expected to work from a Rockwell location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless business obligations require otherwise.
