Team Overview

You’ll join the L2 Tech Support Team, which ensures seamless product support for both internal and external teams including drivers, passengers, merchants, and partners.

---

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for complex customer issues
• Work via Jira, Messenger, Email, and other tools
• Act as the liaison between Support, Customers, and Engineering teams
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate critical bugs
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure system stability
• Document operational processes and fixes
• Lead outage calls and ensure quick resolution
• Support and monitor product launches from a technical lens

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / B.Tech
• 3+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years in tech support/operations
• Solid MySQL skills and SQL query writing
• Familiar with SDLC and supporting application/product launches
• Tools experience: GoLand, Kibana, Jira, Power BI
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and incident management skills
• Ability to implement and manage SLAs for support tickets
