Job Overview
Gnapi Technologies is hiring a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Dynatrace to lead the deployment and optimization of observability and monitoring solutions. This role requires an in-depth understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and cloud-native DevOps environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and operations teams to enhance performance visibility and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Dynatrace for full-stack observability (APM, DEM, RUM, Synthetic).
• Configure custom dashboards, alerts, and synthetic monitoring scripts.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across Java, .NET, Node.js, and container-based applications.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams for proactive performance tuning.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and other APM tools.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of total IT experience, including 3+ years specifically in Dynatrace.
• Proficient in application stacks: Java, .NET, Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
• Strong scripting and automation knowledge (Python, Shell, PowerShell).

Preferred Certifications

• Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification (preferred).
