Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Support Engineer (L2) with strong expertise in Linux administration, shell scripting, AWS, and configuration management tools like Ansible or SaltStack. The ideal candidate will handle L2 support, troubleshoot production issues, and automate infrastructure using scripting and DevOps tools.

❗ Note: This position is only open for the Noida location.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Linux system administration
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting
• Solid knowledge of Python for automation
• Working experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Hands-on with Ansible or SaltStack (preferred)
• Good understanding of network protocols (DNS, OSI model)
• Familiarity with SSH, SSL, SFTP and secure communication standards
• DevOps tools and principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Nagios, CloudWatch)
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for cloud/on-prem infrastructure
• Manage & troubleshoot Linux servers, DNS, networking, and web app performance
• Automate tasks using Bash/Shell and Python
• Use AWS services for deployment, operations, and monitoring
• Configure & manage systems using Ansible or SaltStack
• Monitor logs, diagnose issues, and coordinate with development teams
• Manage secure protocols like SSH, SSL, TLS, SFTP
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure secure operations
