Job Description – High CPC Optimized

GlobalFoundries is hiring an Engineer Process and Software Engineering based in Bangalore to support its 300mm wafer fabrication operations. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining JavaEE/Spring/Angular applications and APIs critical for semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement JavaEE/Spring/Angular applications and dashboards supporting fab operations
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and database administrators to deliver new functionalities and resolve issues
• Support day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements
• Develop APIs and specialized fab software supporting defect management and manufacturing processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Java programming and relational databases
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, REST, SOAP, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with version control (GIT) and CI/CD tools (Maven, Nexus, Jenkins)
• Experience in server/client-side scripting and development tools such as IntelliJ IDEA

• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
• Expertise in REST API design and JSON data exchange
