Job Overview

Gigmo is hiring freshers for the role of Technical Support Engineer to support Microsoft SMB customers. In this role, you’ll be providing remote support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and related cloud services. You’ll interact with clients through chat, emails, and outbound calls via a dedicated support platform.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates passionate about technology and customer service, looking to gain experience with one of the world’s largest technology ecosystems.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide voice, chat, and email-based support for Microsoft Cloud services (Office 365, Azure, etc.)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with Microsoft cloud tools and environments
  • Use Gigmo’s internal support platform for managing tickets and communicating with clients
  • Escalate unresolved issues to technical leads or Microsoft advisors
  • Follow best practices for customer satisfaction and first-time resolution
  • Complete structured training and participate in certifications such as MCP, MCT, or MCSE

Training & Career Growth

  • 4 weeks of full-time Microsoft O365 training provided
  • Post-training certification opportunities (MCP, MCT, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools and technologies
  • Exposure to real-world problem solving and enterprise IT support
  • Commitment of 12-month tenure post training via a legal agreement

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc., BCA, B.Com, or BBA
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US/EMEA support)
  • Must have own laptop (minimum 16GB RAM, Windows 10/11) and high-speed internet (min. 50 Mbps)
  • Technically curious and willing to learn cloud technologies
