Role Overview:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic Infrastructure & DevOps team responsible for optimizing and maintaining development environments using Azure DevOps. This role plays a crucial part in implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and enhancing operational efficiency across both Windows and Linux systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and optimize development, build, test, and deployment infrastructure using Azure DevOps, with supporting tools like Nexus, Teamscale, SonarQube, and Mend.io.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Administer version control systems such as Git, and manage Git LFS.
• Oversee VMware-based virtualization for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automating tasks and managing infrastructure as code (e.g., using PowerShell, Terraform, Python).
• Troubleshoot and monitor system performance, ensuring security practices are adhered to.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and Germany in a multicultural environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education: B.E/B.Tech (M.E./M.Tech is a plus).
• Experience: 7-9 years in DevOps or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD principles.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Terraform, Python).
  • Experience with Git, Git LFS, Docker, and VM automation.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps security practices.
• Additional Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to support Go-Live periods.
