Job Description:
Get My Parking (GMP) is a pioneer in Interoperable Smart Parking solutions, connecting parking and mobility stakeholders worldwide. GMP has succeeded in the European market and is now expanding in the US and other global markets.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide support and resolve inquiries about products and services.
• Become a product expert, understanding configurations and their impact on functionality.
• Oversee customer onboarding and assist with software/hardware configurations, installations, and upgrades.
• Design and implement backup procedures for system restoration.
• Monitor and resolve tickets efficiently while adhering to SLAs.
• Provide process improvement inputs for operational tools and documentation.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily management.
• Track and escalate unresolved tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop best practices and guidelines for the Tech Ops team.
• Conduct internal and external stakeholder meetings (weekly/monthly).
• Work in rotational shifts as required.
