What You’ll Do

• Ensure 24x7 uptime and system reliability
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Collaborate across global teams and drive automation initiatives
• Manage the trading lifecycle operations and handle critical incident responses

What We Expect

• 5+ years of experience in SRE / Production Support
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  • Linux, SQL, Cloud Basics
  • Python, Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk)
• Understanding of the trading lifecycle (Equities, Derivatives, FX is a plus!)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a drive to improve through automation
