Job Summary

As a Jr. AWS Engineer at Gavstechnologies, you will work closely with development teams and system administrators to assist in the deployment, automation, and monitoring of software applications. This entry-level position will focus on streamlining the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by integrating operations with development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation: Automate repetitive tasks, including server management, provisioning, and configuration deployment pipelines.
• Infrastructure as Code: Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage and provision infrastructure.
• CI/CD Pipeline Setup: Assist in the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery.
• Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack to ensure system health.
• Version Control: Use Git for code management and collaborate with development teams.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, testers, and system administrators to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Help manage and optimize resources in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Security and Compliance: Apply patches, monitor vulnerabilities, and implement security best practices.
