Role: Cloud Hosting Support Engineer (Intern)

This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Vasai, Maharashtra, India.
As a Support Engineer Intern, you will handle technical troubleshooting, customer support, and server operations for cloud hosting environments. You will directly work on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and Linux-based hosted servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for hosting-related issues.
• Attend and resolve support tickets/requests.
• Offer customer support via calls, chats, or support portals.
• Perform remote server management for Linux and cloud-based servers.
• Manage client-side accounts for Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
• Manage and monitor AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure servers.
• Handle Hosted Servers via Shell (Linux).
• Assist with basic OS-level and application-level support.
• Ensure smooth operation and uptime of hosting services.

Requirements & Skills

• BSc / Computer Science degree or equivalent field.
• Strong time-management and analytical skills.
• Updated knowledge of modern IT and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience working with Linux Shell / Terminal.
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Web applications: PHP, Node.js, Python, Django, Golang
  • Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and customers effectively.

Stipend & Employment

• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on skills)
• Job Type: Internship with potential full-time permanent opportunity after 6 months based on performance.
