As an Associate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you'll play a key role in enhancing system reliability, performance, and efficiency for large-scale production workloads. You’ll work on cutting-edge technologies, implement fault-tolerance strategies, and drive automation to minimize operational toil.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient systems
✅ Automate processes to reduce operational toil
✅ Enhance system performance and user experience
✅ Develop robust, secure, and scalable solutions
✅ Optimize infrastructure costs without sacrificing reliability
✅ Improve observability (metrics, logging, tracing)
✅ Implement CI/CD pipelines for faster deployment and stability
✅ Design and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
✅ Collaborate with development teams to build reliability into services

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, or related fields
👥 Experience: 2+ years in SRE, Production Engineering, or DevOps

🧠 Required Skills

✅ Observability Tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, distributed tracing
✅ Cloud Expertise: Multi-cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
✅ Automation: Proven ability to reduce toil and improve reliability
✅ Performance Tuning: Cost optimization for large-scale systems
✅ CI/CD: Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
✅ Kubernetes: Experience managing large-scale Kubernetes environments
✅ On-Call Support: Troubleshooting critical services
