Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing Freight Tiger’s cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to automate deployments, monitor systems, secure infrastructure, and improve overall developer productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, configure, and secure services in the AWS ecosystem—VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, API Gateway, Load Balancers, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
• Automation: Write scripts to automate routine tasks and operations
• Linux & Database Management: Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Containers & Orchestration: Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitLab and Argo CD
• Infrastructure as Code: Provision cloud resources using Terraform
• Monitoring & Observability: Set up Prometheus, Grafana, and alerting systems; use APM tools like New Relic to monitor application health

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineer role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration ability
• Proven track record working in fast-paced, agile environments
