Qualification: B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, or MCA (Any Specialization)
Experience: Freshers / Internship
Salary/Stipend: ₹25,000/month (All-inclusive)
Job Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Job Description
FranConnect is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer Intern (SRE) with strong foundational knowledge in Linux system administration, SQL, shell scripting, and basic cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud support and DevOps practices with a leading Franchise Management Software company serving global brands like Subway and Dominos.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Linux system administration: installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Administer database backups and storage solutions
- Write and manage shell scripts for automation
- Monitor system performance and server uptime
- Use GIT or similar version control tools
- Respond to technical tickets, emails, and chat requests with timely resolution
- Ensure system security, threat detection, and compliance
- Assist in cloud support, primarily AWS (basic knowledge required)
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- Proficiency in shell scripting
- Understanding of SQL and database queries
- Exposure to Cloud infrastructure – AWS preferred
- Familiarity with version control (GIT)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
