Preferred Skills: AWS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), Networking, DevOps (CI/CD), Monitoring tools (Grafana, NewRelic, DataDog), Incident response tools (PagerDuty, Opsgenie), Configuration management (Chef, Ansible), Programming (Python, JavaScript, Ruby), Cloud and DevOps certifications

Job Description:
Forcepoint is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to enhance the performance and reliability of its IT infrastructure and services. The role involves close collaboration with engineering and operations teams, using automation and modern observability tools to ensure availability, scalability, and performance of critical systems.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of SRE methodologies, infrastructure as code, security best practices, and modern cloud-native technologies. A proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong coding and scripting abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, measure, and improve reliability and scalability of infrastructure and services
- Automate operational tasks and routine processes
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to enhance performance monitoring
- Engage in incident response and post-incident analysis
- Build custom tools to improve operational efficiency
- Participate in 24x7 rotational on-call shifts
- Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, and system tuning
- Create dashboards and reports for system health and performance
