🎯 Role Description:

This role serves as an entry point for junior developers to gain business, technical, and professional skills required for success at FNZ.

🔍 Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Analysis & Design:

• Collaborate on user story definitions & acceptance criteria with analysts.
• Define detailed requirements based on functional constraints.
• Participate in functional reviews & demonstrations.
• Debug & troubleshoot technical issues under senior guidance.

2️⃣ Development:

• Work on high-transactional, high-availability, secure systems.
• Develop user interfaces and financial tools for advisers & investors.
• Ensure compliance with secure, scalable, and maintainable coding standards.
• Write automated unit tests for all newly created code.

3️⃣ Quality Assurance:

• Participate in code reviews for continuous improvement.
• Follow coding best practices, security standards, and naming conventions.
• Conduct manual unit testing for error-free deployments.

4️⃣ Collaboration & Communication:

• Engage with teams to share knowledge & best practices.
• Work across projects to improve cross-functional system design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies & industry trends.

🔑 Required Skills:

Primary Requirements:

✅ Confident, self-directed, and proactive
✅ Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
✅ Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
✅ Passionate about creating innovative solutions

Technical Skills:

✅ Experience with at least one programming language
✅ Exposure to .NET (C#/VB.NET), ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, SQL Server
✅ Web development skills: JavaScript, ReactJS, jQuery
✅ Understanding of web services & enterprise integration patterns
✅ Familiarity with code analysis & automated testing tools
