Salary: ₹32,57,000 CTC

• ₹18,00,000 Base Pay
• ₹1,80,000 Variable Pay
• ₹3,00,000 Joining Bonus (2-year clawback)
• ₹3,00,000 Retention Bonus (1-year clawback)
• ₹5,07,000 ESOPs (Vested over 4 years, 25% per year)
• ₹1,69,000 Benefits including relocation allowance

Internship Stipend:

• ₹1,00,000 per month
• ₹2,200 per month meal card
• Two-way flight tickets & 15 days hotel accommodation

Job Location: India

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop object-oriented models and design data structures for new software projects
• Implement business logic and data models with suitable class design
• Collaborate with peers on all elements of the development process
• Follow industry coding standards and create appropriate technical documentation

Skills Required:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with abstractions
• Solid foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms
• Ability to design data structures and craft algorithms for complex business problems
• Strong coding skills with proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C, C++, Ruby, Clojure, Scala, etc.)
• Ability to build scalable and efficient applications
