Key Responsibilities

1. System Monitoring & Performance Management

• Monitor system performance using Grafana and Application Insights.
• Ensure uptime and system efficiency by proactively identifying performance issues.

2. Incident Response & Troubleshooting

• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and implement Azure best practices.

3. Automation & Optimization

• Write and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Improve monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (networking, databases, monitoring).
• Strong scripting knowledge: PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Understanding of networking principles and Azure networking services.
• Familiarity with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and KQL queries.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
