Role Overview

Flexera is hiring a Cloud Monitoring Engineer to support enterprise cloud infrastructure, DevOps operations, SaaS reliability, and FinOps monitoring. This role is part of a proactive NOC (Network Operations Center) team focused on cloud performance monitoring, uptime assurance, cost visibility, and incident prevention.

This position provides hands-on exposure to high-availability cloud systems, DevOps automation, site reliability engineering (SRE), cloud security monitoring, and production support for global B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive monitoring of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud production environments
• Use Grafana, Kibana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and cloud observability platforms
• Monitor Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, AWS ECS, AWS EKS, and cloud-native services
• Support FinOps monitoring, cloud usage optimization, and cost anomaly detection
• 24/7 monitoring of enterprise SaaS applications and cloud infrastructure
• Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration
• Monitor network performance, application latency, system availability, and security alerts
• Collaborate with DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, SRE teams, and Platform Engineers
• Improve cloud reliability, SLA compliance, system resilience, and operational efficiency
• Assist in reducing cloud downtime, infrastructure risk, and operational costs

Required Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in cloud operations, DevOps support, or SaaS monitoring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure monitoring, and Linux systems
• Exposure to SQL, cloud databases, and production support workflows
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shift-based cloud operations environments
